Olga Shcherbyna has been interviewed by the CGA-BC magazine – Outlook

September 2008 issue of the Outlook featured an article titled «International Students benefit from CGA Designation». Olga Shcherbyna was interviewed as an HR Consultant working with many organizations in BC to eliminate immigrant employment barriers:

«What I think is good about the CGA designation is it provides an opportunity for both Canadian-born and immigrant post-secondary graduates to gain experience in their professional field,” explains human resources consultant Olga Shcherbyna, herself an immigrant from Ukraine. «For example, if you compare someone from Europe or the Philippines with someone who has studied finance at BCIT, they’re both in a similar position in terms of the certification program. I believe this is a very fair approach.»
