CBMercer & Associates was approached by the Ministry to develop a BC SAP Training Framework. The Ministry of Attorney General, Multiculturalism and Settlement Division, envisioned a coordinated, competency-based training approach that demonstrates results that are complementary to the Ministry’s intended sectoral development outcomes. The immediate outcome of this project is the formation of a sector-supported training framework. It is expected that the framework will explore and build on both previous or current initiatives that address the training needs of the sector. The framework will complement the development of a three-to-five year training strategy.

Olga Shcherbyna assumed many critical responsibilities pertaining to the development, distribution, and analysis of the survey; provided a thorough analysis of the identified training approaches; and assisted in conceptualizing the training framework presented within the final report to the Ministry.
