In the last ten years, a new civic collaborative model, also known as immigrant employment Councils (ieCs), has emerged in Canada with the goal of improving immigrant economic integration. we will explore the role of ieCs in creating systemic change as well as the importance of and difficulties in developing evaluation of community efforts.
