None of Top 25 Multinational Workplaces Have HQ in Canada
Every year A Great Place to Work® Institute recognized the top 25 of all multinationals around the globe. In 2012, Great Place to Work® selected the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces from nearly 5,700 companies that participated in Best Workplaces competitions in the 45 countries in which the Institute operates. Some 350 multinational corporations participated globally in the surveys. Of these, 250 appeared on one of the national Best Workplaces Lists, conducted in countries ranging from Argentina to Finland to Australia. Of these 250 best companies, 38 passed additional eligibility criteria for the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces list. Finally, the select the top 25 of these 38 – truly the “Best of the Best.”
Interestingly, out of 25, only 10 “are listed in Canada”, i.e have operations in Canada and out of these 10 none has a HQ in Canada …
