Olga Shcherbyna was contracted by the BC HRMA as a Project Manager of the second phase of the ITI project. The goal of the project to act on the identified gaps and develop tools and resources that enable HR professionals in BC to tap into immigrant talent pool. Two resources were developed: a cultural competence toolkit and an online portal of resources to assist hiring managers to hire and retain skilled immigrants.
Scope of Project: Building the team of consultants, supervising team members, liaising with the client, conducting five focus groups, analyzing the data, developing the content for the toolkit and online portal, liaising with printers, coordinating Advisory Group meetings.
