Joining us for this discussion is Kelly Pollack, Executive Director of the Immigrant
Employment Council of BC. Kelly will talk about the history in Vancouver of
initiatives designed to address immigrant labour market barriers and the
inception of the Immigrant Employment Council (IEC-BC) and its role. She will
also review the research with BC employers undertaken by IEC-BC and discuss the
current environment for immigrant labour market integration.
