Aboriginal population is the fastest growing in Canada
According to Say Magazine, the fastest growing segment of Canada’s population is Canada’s Aboriginal people. In 2006, the median age of the Aboriginal population was 27 years, compared with 40 years for non-Aboriginal people. Education levels along with economic development are on the rise. Economic Development among Aboriginal people in Canada is growing at many times the rate of mainstream growth.
