New go-to-resource for HR professionals – developed by Diversity Clues

A new online go-to-resource was launched by the BC HRMA and developed by Diversity Clues Consulting Inc. to enable HR professionals and Hiring Managers in BC looking to attract, recruit and develop talented immigrants.
The aim of the webpage is to provide BC HRMA’s members to quickly connect with the range of web resources and immigrant support agencies that exist in BC. The organization believes that through the provision of practical and focused resources it will increase the connection between BC’s employers and talented immigrants leading to increased diversity in the workforce and better utlilization of talent pool in the province.
The project was funded by the Provincial government, the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development. The content for the website was developed by Olga Scherbina and a support team of BC HRMA.
