Sometimes, communication problems arise from language barriers such as unintelligible accented speech, a different tone in written documents, and/or the tone of one’s voice. At this RT we will discuss how we deal with these issues in a constructive manner to help minimize communication problems. Please join us for this informative panel discussion.

Join Raj Sharma from BC Hydro (Key Accounts), Victoria Darnbrough (Learning and Development Manager) from ACL Services and Jeff Madigan (Director of Programs) from L2 Accent Reduction Centre for this informative panel discussion.
